Yehonatan Givati is the Sylvan M. Cohen professor at Hebrew University Law School, and the founding director of the Aumann-Fischer Center for Law, Economics, and Public Policy at Hebrew University. His academic work applies the tools of law and economics, both theoretical and empirical, to tax law, law enforcement, and administrative law and regulation, private law, and judicial behavior. He received a PhD from the Economics Department at Harvard University in 2013, and an SJD from Harvard Law School in 2011.
