CLI Fellow Liya Palagashvili has been named to this year’s Forbes 30 under 30 list in Law and Policy. Liya is an assistant professor in economics at State University of New York, Purchase, and is studying the effects of regulation on entrepreneurship and markets. Her current project involves investigating the regulatory environment for tech startups.
